Originally built in 1986, 900 19th Street is a Class A leasable office building designed by Keyes Condon Florence Architects. The property went through a trophy redevelopment in 2017. 900 19th Street spans eight stories across 115,389 square feet on one of the most famous thoroughfares of K Street and Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C.
