We understand that reliable internet and IT infrastructure is essential for our members' productivity and success. That's why we provide high-speed internet with backup power supply to ensure uninterrupted connectivity. Our IT team is always available to provide technical support and troubleshooting services to help our members with any IT-related issues they may encounter. We are committed to providing a seamless and productive work experience for our members.

Please follow these guidelines when using our spaces:

Meeting Room

Please come no earlier than 15 minutes before the booking time. Guests may wait in the lounge area before the time of booking. After your meeting, please tidy up by collecting your belongings, removing trash, and placing cables back in their original positions so the room is properly reset for the next customer.


A desk booking guarantees a spot for you in our open workspace. Please be advised that a specific workstation is not reserved for you at the time of booking, and you are welcome to work anywhere in our open workspace. Lockers may be available for use. Please contact the front desk for information on how to access the lockers.

Event Space

Your guests should plan to arrive at the event start time. Please contact [email protected] for any special requests for your event.

Safety and Security

At Studio by Tishman Speyer, safety and security are top priorities. We take every precaution to ensure that our members and their belongings are safe and secure at all times.

All guests must be registered in advance of their visit. Guest information is kept confidential and is not used to send any marketing emails and will not be shared with a 3rd party.

Upon entering 1230 Avenue of the Americas, all guests will be required to check in with their government issued ID at the reception desk and then use the provided QR codes to access the elevator bank.

1230 Avenue of the Americas was designed from the ground up with security in mind. We take great pride in providing a safe and secure environment for our members to work and thrive. Our space is equipped with 24/7 surveillance cameras, access control systems, and the safety equipment to protect against any emergencies. Security staff is on site 24/7.
