Studio's Fee Policy

a. Late Fee

If we have not received a monthly payment from you, you (Primary Member) will receive a non-payment notice on the 10th of the month along with a 10% late fee charge. If we do not receive payment from you during the month, you will continue to receive non-payment notices. If you believe you have received a late payment notice in error and you have already remitted payment, please send proof of your bank payment confirmation to your Community Management team.

b. Conference Room & Workspace Credits

Every membership will have a predetermined amount of credits that can be used for conference room or workspace bookings at other offices. Any above what is allocated as part of your membership will cost $25 per credit. These charges will be added into your invoice at the end of the month.

c. Additional Occupancy

The total number of members on your membership cannot exceed 1.5x the number of desks in your workspaces. Additional fees starting at $100 per member (varies by location) will be applied for any registered member in excess of your allotted number of desks.

d. Additional Fees

We reserve the right to charge reasonable additional fees due to operational issues that may arise, including but not limited to, for example, extra deep cleaning fees in necessary or appropriate circumstances, office restoration for damage to furniture, walls, or carpet beyond wear and tear, and administrative fees for coordination of office upgrades.
