In no Event or Meeting shall the occupancy of the Licensed Area (including all guests, vendors, service providers and other personnel) at any time exceed the maximum permitted persons in that Licensed Area.
All vendors and service providers shall access the Licensed Area via the freight elevator serving the Building.
No trucks or other vehicles may be parked in front of the Building, or otherwise in violation of applicable traffic laws.
No cooking of any kind shall be permitted in the Licensed Area. Food heating units are permitted.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Location or the Building.
No cooking is permitted in the Licensed Area.
Except as expressly provided in this agreement, no noise, including the playing of any musical instrument, radio or television, which might disturb other tenants and occupants in the Building, shall be made or permitted.
No animals (other than guide dogs) or shall be brought into or kept in the Building or the Licensed Area.
No dangerous, inflammable, combustible or explosive object or material (including, without limitation, candles) shall be brought into or kept in the Building or the Licensed Area, except as permitted by law and the insurance companies insuring the Building or the property therein.
No unusual or objectionable odors shall permeate in or emanate from the Licensed Area.
These rules and regulations may be rescinded, altered or waived by us at any time, when in our judgment, we deem it necessary, desirable or proper for our best interest or for the best interests of the tenants and other occupants of the Building, and no rescission, alteration or waiver of any rule or regulation in favor of one tenant or occupant shall operate as a rescission, alteration or waiver in favor of any other tenant or occupant. We shall not be responsible to you for the nonobservance or violation by any other tenant or occupant of any of the rules or regulations.
